Babak “Bob” Semnar has dedicated his firm to protecting individuals. He obtained his license in 2003 and has been litigating cases ever since. In 2005, Mr. Semnar attended and graduated from The Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming, an exclusive and elite program focusing on trial advocacy.
Mr. Semnar has presented his client’s case to a jury over 40 times. He has handled cases in State and Federal Court. He has handled jury trials in various counties, including Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles, Contra Costa, and Alameda. Since receiving his license to practice law in 2003, Mr. Semnar has represented thousands of clients. He is passionate about individual rights as well as holding those who cause harm to others responsible. He is familiar with and has handled numerous cases involving claims of personal injuries caused as a result of automobile accidents, slip and falls, as well as elder abuse.
He has served as a mock trial coach for local high schools such as Chaparral High School and Temecula Valley High School. He has been a speaker at the South Riverside Bar Association. He is regularly asked by local law firms for help in preparing and at times trying their cases before a judge or jury.
Mr. Semnar enjoys litigating cases, representing clients who have been harmed throughout Riverside County, San Diego County, and at times Los Angeles County. He personally schedules one-on-one meetings with clients who reside in Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet, and Lake Elsinore.
